Your Responsibilities
The ClubController is the engine room behind your club's ClubFusion competition, and
just as an engine won't work without petrol, ClubFusion won't work without a good ClubController.
Being a ClubController basically means controlling the administrative functions of the game for your
club’'s competition. Now at this point if your are considering taking up the role don'’t panic, as active club members ourselves who have also run a manual version of ClubFusion for our club, we know the potential administrative nightmare that could lay before you, but that'’s where ClubFusion the online web application comes in –after the initial set up of your club'’s competition, as long as match results are entered each week for each fixture your ClubFusion game will run itself.
However experience shows that the more the ClubController gets behind the concept and demonstrates their energy, vigor and enthusiasm for the concept the more fundraising success the club will
see. With options available to delegate some of the responsibility of match result entries to other people, it’'s up to the ClubController to decide how to manage the competition.

So in a nutshell, here are the responsibilities:
Activate the club's competition
Set up your club's competition
Promote the game and encourage all club members
to take part, pick and purchase a team themselves
and invite their family and friends to do so
Submit to the ClubFusion team known fixtures your
club will play during the competition (these are the
fixtures your teams will play in during the season
where the players and their teams performances will
accumulate them ClubFusion points). This can also be
delegated.
Add new playing club members to the competition
throughout the season
Delegate the role of entering fixtures and match
results to others by assigning Match Controller status
to relevant individuals
Ensure the Match Results for each team have been
entered by each teams MatchControllers and chase
where necessary.
Be the central point of communication between the
ClubFusion Delivery Team and your club
